Join us at the Hutchinson Art Center on Fridays from May 15th - June 5th for an intriguing and fun art history-inspired mixed media workshop series led by Haven, KS artist Kayann Ausherman!In this series of art history based workshops students will examine the style of specific artists in their time period then execute works in that style but using modern and mixed media approaches with materials available to us today.
Elements of composition, use of materials, and creative thinking will be employed in all four workshops in this series. This is the perfect creative learning experience for both teenagers and adults!
Students are free to register for a single workshop of their choice, a combination of two or three workshops of their choice, or register for all four workshops for the full experience!
