Wash the stress off with a sound bath!
Art Harder is offering an advanced sound bath at Zen Loft in Batavia, IL. For those new to sound baths, it is a vibratory therapy that, through the passive absorption of frequencies by the body and brain, brings participants to incredibly deep levels of relaxation and peace. These performances, typically using a host of singing bowls and other percussion instruments, involve participants laying down on mats while meditating.
Our particular sound bath experience augments this traditional formula by incorporating clinically proven vibrational technology to aid in achieving deeper levels of meditation and flow. Both flow and meditation alike have been proven to create unprecedented stress reduction and even aid in healing both physically and neurologically.
Art Harder's “Bath Time” is also unique to other sound baths as it is administered by 3 simultaneous practitioners (Ryan Caldwell, Matthew Kopeckie, and Mo Pippy), each of them expert musicians. By utilizing brain wave entrainment, sound synthesis, magnetism, and various other forms of artful transduction we endeavor to leave participants feeling refreshed, renewed and whole.The Bathtime event will consist of two thirty minute sessions with a half hour break in between. Your ticket will reserve a mat for one of these sessions.
