Educators will be encouraged to explore open ended creative activities that they can adapt for children of all ages and abilities.
About this Event

Art for Resilences offers a restorative space to reflect recharge and explore creativity as self care.Participants will engage in short discussions and activities about burnout awareness and prevention followed by creative group project that fosters connection and joy; they will build a paper bag scrapbook with complete freedom to design it in ways that soothe and inspire them, filling it with drawings, affirmations, keepsakes, or calming colours. This project emphasizes choice, relaxation, giving participants a flexible tool they can revisit for personal grounding or share with those whom we interact with as a therapeutic practice.
