Art For Healing is a calm, welcoming space designed to support emotional wellbeing through gentle, guided art-making. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this session offers a peaceful way to reflect, release, and reconnect.
You do not need to be “artistic” — this is about process, not product.
What to Expect:
- Light, intuitive art activities (all materials provided)
- A safe, judgment-free space to express emotion
- Quiet connection with others on similar journeys
- A free, non-alcoholic mocktail experience/drink— thoughtfully prepared for relaxation and comfort (hot drink in winter)
- Space to build inner calm and resilience
This session is for you if you are:
- Seeking a break from emotional overwhelm
- Coping with relationship challenges or transitions
- Grieving a loss — of a person, place, or sense of self
- Needing gentle space to recharge and reflect
- Curious about art therapy-inspired approaches to healing
Theme: Quiet Nourishment
This session centers around slowing down, softening inward, and offering ourselves care — through color, texture, and even taste.
What to bring:
Just yourself. All materials and refreshments are provided.
Note: This is not group or a clinical intervention, but a peer-informed, therapeutic art experience facilitated with care and trauma sensitivity with qualified Psychotherapist and coaches. We will take pictures of the artwork, day and event and it will be displayed for funders in reports, social media and our website. Although you will be creating your Art with us we will like to give you ownership.
