What to Expect:

  • Light, intuitive art activities (all materials provided)
  • A safe, judgment-free space to express emotion
  • Quiet connection with others on similar journeys
  • A free, non-alcoholic mocktail experience/drink— thoughtfully prepared for relaxation and comfort (hot drink in winter)
  • Space to build inner calm and resilience

This session is for you if you are:

  • Seeking a break from emotional overwhelm
  • Coping with relationship challenges or transitions
  • Grieving a loss — of a person, place, or sense of self
  • Needing gentle space to recharge and reflect
  • Curious about art therapy-inspired approaches to healing

Theme: Quiet Nourishment

This session centers around slowing down, softening inward, and offering ourselves care — through color, texture, and even taste.

What to bring:

Just yourself. All materials and refreshments are provided.

Note: This is not group or a clinical intervention, but a peer-informed, therapeutic art experience facilitated with care and trauma sensitivity with qualified Psychotherapist and coaches.
