Come join us for a unique experience at the Art, Food and Healing Salon at the Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery, supporting Smith Center for Healing and the Arts and honoring Fine Artist Halim Flowers with the Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Award!

The evening begins with an elevated cocktail reception at the gallery followed by an exclusive cultural culinary experience hosted by Michelin Listed restaurant and U Street neighbor, El Secreto de Rosita, with Executive Chef Cristian Granada.

In recent years, the demand for our programs has substantially increased and continues to grow. Last year alone over 31,000 individuals benefited from our programs through our partnerships with local hospitals, participation in community outreach events, presentation of virtual programs, and onsite workshops, support groups, and art exhibits at our U Street location.
