We warmly invite you and a plus one to join us for a special evening to view the latest collection, "Hushed" by Gemma Colson on Thursday 6th February from 6:30pm onwards at the beautiful "Village" venue in Farnham. Enjoy a glass of fizz and delicious nibbles whilst exploring the artwork.
Please RSVP at your earliest convenience, selecting two tickets (one for yourself and one for your plus one). The evening is invite only and numbers are limited, however if you would like to arrange a large group viewing or a private view on a different date, please contact the studio below and we'll happily organise this with you:

About the Artist:
Gemma Colson is an accomplished oil painter based in Farnham, Surrey. Trained at Falmouth University (formally known as Falmouth School of Art), Gemma has continued her pauinting practice for over a decade. Inspired by nature and intricate detailed surfaces, Gemma opts for impasto oil paints, providing depths of rich colour and texture.
About the Collection:
Drawing inspiration from the macro close-up details we so frequently miss in nature, "Hushed" aims to bring a sense of calm and serenity through subtle and ethereal hues. Impasto mark-making with oil paint suggests the intricate textures that we instinctively associate with the natural world. The intention of painting on a large canvas is for the viewer to feel smaller when absorbing the calming aura of the artwork; similar to how one may feel when stood amongst nature.
