Welcome to The Art Exhibition and Sound Bath - multisensory experience!

Join me for a unique fusion of art and non-sleep deep rest to open up new ways of experiencing and interpreting art, re-energize and de-stress.

Combining art, mindfulness exercises and healing frequencies of the ancient instruments offers a powerful gateway to deeply personal and transformative experiences. Engaged in the exhibition in this multidimensional way, you may find yourself seeing the art pieces from new perspectives, discovering previously hidden meanings or emotions, and unlocking fresh insights into both the artwork and yourself.

By tapping into subconscious realms and strengthening your body awareness and creativity through sound-enhanced perception, you can unravel layers within art that were previously unseen, leading to a richer, more profound connection to the artistic expression.
