Art as an Outlet: Womb Work- Heal the Child Within

This event warmly invites women and men alike to join together in a celebration of inner healing and empowerment, with a special nod to Mother's Day, a mere two days prior. As we gather to honor this occasion, we extend a heartfelt invitation to bring along the guiding presence of mothers or mother figures, embracing their wisdom and nurturing spirit in our journey of self-discovery.
The theme of the gathering revolves around inner child healing—a tender exploration of the young woman or man we once were, before life's burdens and traumas took their toll. Through introspection and shared experiences, we aim to create a safe space for participants to confront and embrace any past wounds, allowing for healing and growth to flourish.
With compassion and courage, we delve into the depths of our inner selves, peeling back layers of pain and vulnerability to reveal the resilient spirit of our inner child. Join guest wellness practitioner, Nneka Denise—of The wRITE to Heal Project—for one or all eight workshops to tap into any stuck emotions, grief or trauma and begin letting go by using art as an outlet!
