About this Event
Join guest wellness practitioner, Nneka Denise—of The wRITE to Heal Project—for one or all eight workshops to tap into any stuck emotions, grief or trauma and begin letting go by using art as an outlet! Each workshop will focus on a specific wellness theme and will include self-expressive canvas painting, journaling, visualization exercises, and more. Our trauma-informed, grief and emotional wellness practitioner will hold safe space for real, raw, and authentic discussions and assist in reframing as, together, we utilize restorative healing practices to ground and uplift one another and our community, as a whole.
All workshops will be held at Portland Playhouse, from 6-8pm. You are strongly encouraged to invite a friend, family or community member along for the healing journey each week.
