About this Event
Identity plays a powerful role in mental health because it shapes how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and make meaning of our experiences. When people feel connected to who they are, they tend to feel more grounded, resilient, and emotionally balanced.
In this interactive workshop, participants will use the art of weaving as a powerful metaphor to explore and express their personal stories. Through guided reflection and hands-on creation, we’ll examine how our experiences, cultures, and identities intertwine to shape who we are. Leave with a meaningful woven piece that represents your unique narrative.
Feel free to bring your own copies of photos, meaningful letters, or poems to include in your woven piece. All art supplies are provided.
No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to reflect, create, and connect.
With your enrollment, you’ll be entered into a raffle to win a handmade box filled with handcrafted greeting cards.
Disclaimer: These workshops are not therapy groups; however, they are thoughtfully designed to support and enrich your personal journey toward wellness and growth.
