Materials
Use what you have! For suggestions, we recommend:
- Colouring pencils or markers
- Oil pastels
- Watercolors
- A sketchbook or watercolour paper
Setting Your Space
Before the session, set up a cosy environment—maybe light a candle, play healing music, or surround yourself with meaningful items. This will enhance your experience and help you feel centred.
