About this Event
These creative and inclusive workshops combine practices including grounding meditation, guided movement improvisations, art making, imagination and storytelling. Through the lens of ecology and ecosystems we explore the cycles that occur within the natural world and how they are reflected within our own body. We use poetic imagery to inspire movement making storytelling and art. We will create with clay, write, draw and move. Through these activities we will connect to our senses and tune into our bodies wisdom and intelligence. This gives us an opportunity to express that which we may not have words for. There is an opportunity to connect with each other through shared stories and creativity and to find joy and playfulness in the process.
