Art & Frequency Embodiment is a restorative gathering designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with your inner creativity. Through guided artistic expression and immersive sound, participants are invited to explore emotion, intuition, and self-expression in a supportive environment.
During this experience, Mariana will guide participants through the creative process, inviting you to play with colors and paint while exploring how an artist moves, thinks, and shifts with the energy of the canvas.
With Michal’s guidance, you will also be invited to connect more deeply with the emotional and energetic layers of the experience. Through meditation and sound immersion, the space will support reflection, release, and creative flow.
No previous painting experience is necessary. This gathering is about expression, not perfection. Whether you are an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, you are welcome to explore, feel, and create freely.
