In collaboration with the College of Arts, Media and Design, join us for a lecture from Scott Kildall, an artist whose work sits at the intersection of sound art, data sonification, ecology, and sculpture. Kildall transforms hidden data from the natural environmental data (water quality, air quality and plant data) into sculptural sound installations using customized electronics. Kildall will inspire interdisciplinary thinking about ways to amplify ecological issues and will have sage advice for students pursuing careers in art, arts administration, technology.Reception to follow
