This is going to be a power Art and Recovery Exibit!!Our event will showcasing 17 Extremely Talented Local Artists who have Overcome Addiction and mental Health. These Gifted individuals utilize Art and Creativity to cope and Heal from what could have destroyed them. Turning destruction to creation!!
This event is designed to break the stigmatization around addiction and mental health. Our event is providing individuals in recovery to be Seen, Heard and Felt, many of them for the first!!
We will do the through Art, Creativity, Music (performers also in recovery). Come Hear Testimony for the artists about their healing journey, come listen to poetry, comedy and spoken word!!!! Come be inspired, encouraged and find hope!!!
Along with multiple performers, there will be Live Art, we'll be creating a community mural (to be sold to raise money for Jericho Road residential treatment center) we will have an area to colour and connection!!
This is FREE EVENT, with an option to donate. proceeded goes towards the addictions community and will also help support the homeless community!!!
Come be part the miracle that is recovery. share with all your friends and family, ESPECIALLY if addiction and mental health has affected you and your family. Bring some funds and help support our Artists in Recovery!!
