Art and Loss

At this warm and welcoming group we use creative writing, art, music and performance to explore feelings of grief and loss. Previous participants have described the group as a place to be authentically yourself whilst navigating loss and change.

Matt from Next Door but One theatre facilitates the Art and Loss sessions and we welcome all loss experiences; from bereavements to changes in identity, or loss of future plans.
