About this Event
Join us in the Zoo's Reptile House for a guided paint class with Carol Anne from Maverick Art Studios. Meet our axolotls, learn about their care from a keeper, and enjoy some donuts. Then, Carol Anne will help you paint your very own axolotl masterpiece!
Tickets are $40 per painter, and include a canvas, all supplies necessary for painting, guided instruction, donuts, and an axolotl meet-and-greet. Tickets are limited. This event is designed for adults and children aged 7 and up. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive at the Zoo Entrance at 8:15 am. The event ends around 10:00 am. All proceeds from this event will go towards axolotl conservation!
Zoo rules still apply. Any inappropriate behavior can lead to your group's dismissal from the event, as per event staff. This includes: No alcohol, No smoking, No outside food, No antagonizing the animals, etc.
