About this Event

Join us for the first 'Art After Work' event of the year!

We have a special new format planned: a Weekend Edition of our Art After Work series, featuring an exclusive guided city tour on the topic of 'World-class 21st-century architecture in Munich'.

We start with the Kunstkraftwerk Bergson (2024). We then take the S-Bahn to Stachus to see the Hotel Königshof (also 2024), before moving on to the station district and the new main station (due to open in 2035). Next, we will take the underground to Rotkreuzplatz to visit the Herz Jesu Church (2000). Finally, we will take the underground to the BMW Welt (opened in 2007). The tour showcases the buildings' design and outstanding quality.

Please be aware that the tour will be in German, but there will be brief English translations available if needed.

Event Details:

· Date: Saturday, July 4

· Time: 11:00 am – please arrive around 10 minutes early to ensure that we can start on time

· Duration: approx. 4 hours (with small breaks)

· Meeting Point: Kunstkraftwerk Bergson, Am Bergson Kunstkraftwerk 2, 81245 München (https://bergson.com)

· Fee: A fee of €30 per person will be charged to cover the cost of the guided tour (please bring this amount in cash)

· The tour will end around 3 pm, at which point we can go for a coffee, cake or ice
