Event Description:Join us March 16th, 2025 for a metalcore and progressive metal filled night as former Wacken Metal Battle winners Arrow In The Quiver take their unique heavy sound to the Grey Lab stage. Backing them up are newcomers Deserted fresh off their first two single releases 'ANIMALS' and 'SMILE!', and heavy hitters The Evan Williams Project supporting their newest record 'STEREOPSYCHIC I'. It's going to be heavy, it's going to be wild, and we can't wait to see you in the pit!

Arrow In The Quiver:
Hailing from Vancouver, BC the all-Filipino band was formed circa 2016. Arising from the ashes of a previous pursuit initially intended to be a project band that did not transpire, it transcended to what is known today as Arrow In The Quiver. With defiance to being boxed in to just one genre, the band’s approach is incorporated with a diverse range of styles from melodic, to metal, to punk, hiphop, thrash, hardcore, reggae and everything in between making each of their songs truly unique.
DESERTED:
A brand new metalcore band out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Deserted came together with the common goal of taking a refreshed approach to modern-day metalcore and bringing it to today's metal scene.
A dynamic 4-piece consisting of Harry on vocals, Sean on Bass, Chris on Drums and Jaxon on Guitar, they approach their songwriting by tapping into the nostalgic melodies and harmonies of metalcore from the 2000s and 2010s and mixing that with a style of brutal breakdowns and screams that many metal fans have come to recognize as a highlight of today's metal bands.
This brand new metalcore band from Vancouver deeply invested in melting faces and bringing a powerful live show. This 4-piece will take you on a ride, hooking you with catchy riffs and vocal ear worms before crushing you with brutal breakdowns and screams. Inspired by groups like Spiritbox, Bring Me The Horizon, Dayseeker, Architects and Avenged Sevenfold, Deserted are crafting a unique sound and are bringing their take on modern metalcore to life. With the help of producer Darren Grahn, Deserted are currently releasing songs off their first EP (THERE IS NO THREAT), and getting ready to take the industry by storm!
Deserted welcomes people from all walks of life to rock out with each other, look out for each other, and share in the joy of music.
The Evan Williams Project:
The Evan Williams Project is helmed by Scott McGowan of Delta, BC alongside his sister Launey and their friends, Isaac and Jaxon. The Project’s main goal is to make headbanging music that still speaks from the heart. With musical inspirations as eclectic as he is eccentric, Scott writes songs ranging from tranquil reflections on sorrow and the soul to crushing, violent outbursts of rage.
The music has been described as "Unconventional and inventive" by Divide and Conquer, "Revolutionary rock n' roll" by The Permanent Rain Press, and “Kind of like the band Ghost” by Scott’s friend Cassie.
