Once you reach the venue, simply head downstairs to the bar area & the galaxy room. If in doubt, head to the reception upstairs and let them know you're there for the NYE party and they'll show you the way.

There will be a fireworks display at the A'DAM Tower next to ClinkNoord close to midnight. It is viewable from the entrance of ClinkNoord. If the weather isn't terrible, it may be a good idea to enjoy the fireworks display with the other attendees.
All the more reason why you should get to the party earlier!

The venue is conveniently located right behind Central Station in a 1920’s laboratory that now houses one of the most stylish youth hostels in town. Take a free 5-min ferry ride with the Buiksloterweg ferry. Once you alight, it's just a couple of mins walk to the building next to the ADAM Tower. The Ferry comes every 5 mins and runs throughout the night.
