If every sound is vibration and if the vibration touches each and every cell of our body, we can understand that we don't perceive sound only with the ears, but with cells in our body.

Stress reduction is one of the most important result of sound therapy. Stress is the underlying cause of many physical and emotional conditions.

Join us in this Aromatic Sound and Gong bath and let the stresses of life melt away with ease as you bath in a sea of sound healing vibrations.

Shirley begins the session with an aromatherapy breathing meditation to guide the body and mind into relaxation. After giving an individual aura cleansing, it will be followed by the full moon Himalayan Singing bowls and Gong bath to take you into deep relaxation.

The theme of each session varies, although it's a group session, each individual will receive the respective healing and support they require for that moment.

The essential oils used in the session are certified pure and therapeutic grade.

Afternoon Class - Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday @12.15pm -1.15pm

Evening Class - Every Thursday @7.30pm - 8.45pm

Class Fees : S$40/session or practice package of S$350/10 sessions

Shirley Tay is the co-founder of ReDefine Wellness. She is a Sound Meditation and Energy teacher, training and certifying Sound and Energy Therapist. She empowers people to heal through emotional, relationship, mental, spiritual wellness and life purpose coaching.
