Aromatherapy Oil Blending x Energy Infused Sound Journey

Come and join Nishma and Lizzie from Epoch London on this immersive and multi-sensory journey of Scent and Sound.

Awaken the senses with an Epoch London hosted Aromatherapy Oil Blending Workshop where you will be guided through making a custom aromatherapy pulse point roller. Epoch London founder and trainee Aromatherapist, Lizzy, will be guiding you through the session. The workshop will begin with sharing the myriad of mood boosting benefits of essential oils, the science behind aromatherapy and the art of scent blending according to fragrance notes. You will be guided through making your own bespoke aromatherapy pulse point oil blend to take home with you. All materials will be provided.

After a short break, Nishma will lead you into a guided meditation where we start to quieten the mind and go into our heart space. This will be followed by an Energy Infused Sound Journey where Multidimensional healing will be weaved into the group and your Aromatherpy pulse point roller, whilst the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are played. This healing will take place at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels whilst we shift and release the things that no longer serve us. This will allow more divine light and unconditional love to flow through you. There will be an opportunity for you to do a card pull and journal time at the end before we close the session.

You will feel more lighter, relaxed, balanced, rejuvanated, connected and aligned and you'll be able to take the magic home with you through your energetically charged aromatherpy pulse point roller.

Meet Nishma

Nishma is an Intuitive Energy Healer & Sound Healer and mentor who uses source to channel and guide her sessions. She uses a combination of sacred instruments and voice to clear energetic blocks and help people to connect and align themselves to their higher frequencies and timelines.

Nishma is a Chartered Psychologist by background and is bridging the gap between science and spirituality turning more to her inner wisdom to guide, initiate and activate others in their souls remembrance.

- no alcohol consumption before this session (as I work with energy there is strictly no alcohol consumption before attending)
