In this morning workshop you'll find out about the origins of aromatherapy, learn how to work safely with essential oils, explore different scents and try your hand at blending as you create a trio of beautiful wellbeing products for you to take away.
Your 3 products will include an aromatic salt scrub, a room/pillow spray and an aromatherapy roller.

Artist bio:
Caroline Rowles MIFPA is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, teacher and founder of MeYu Aromatherapy. She completed her Clinical training with pioneering Aromatherapist and Herbalist Jade Shutes. Caroline aims to help you feel more confident in the safe usage of essential oils, hydrosols and carrier oils and to show you different ways of incorporating these into your daily routines to help deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life. She uses an evidence-based approach to aromatherapy and welcomes the growing number of research studies now being done as we see essential oil use increasing in healthcare settings such as hospitals and hospices as well as for personal use and in the beauty therapy sector.

Sunny Bank Mills is an inspirational cultural destination in the heart of the local community of Farsley, Leeds. Founded in 1829, these glorious Mills are being regenerated by the sixth generation of the family owners, creating a wonderful blend of work, leisure and culture.

Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. As materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date. Please note that Eventbrite’s booking fee is non-refundable.
