Aromatherapy Blending Workshop: Less Stress, Better Mood & Mindset

Join us for this fun, interactive class where you’ll be immersed in the scents of pure essential oils that help you reduce stress, enhance mood and get a better night’s sleep. You’ll learn how holistic aromatherapy works and the physical, mental and emotional benefits you’ll get. Be guided through scent-smelling exercises to find your favorite signature scent and how it will strengthen your mindset and motivation. Also get some personal development goal setting tips to help you focus on creating a life-work balance. Bring a friend and walk the beautiful garden after class.

Registration includes admission to the beautiful Gardens before or after class.
Class note: We will be smelling essential oils during this class. Please do not wear any perfumes or colognes to class.
About the Instructor: Jennifer Pressimone is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, herbalist, formulator, educator, author, and motivational speaker. She owns of JennScents, Inc. and the JennScents Aromaversity, a NAHA, CE Broker & NCBTMB approved aromatherapy certification school offering Holistic, Professional & Clinical Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy Intuitive Healer Certification. Jennifer has been an expert contributor in Better Homes & Gardens, Real Simple, Woman’s World, Women’s Health, Vogue Business, and other publications. Jennifer specializes in emotional, brain and gut wellness. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Vice-President & Florida Director of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and 2023 recipient of the NAHA Lifetime Achievement Leadership Award.
Participants must withdraw from classes at least 5 days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund. Eventbrite fees are non refundable. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund .
Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided
