We are pleased to invite you to a discussion on the new chapter in the Armenia-EU relations. With the recent conclusion of their Strategic Partnership and a high level joint summit scheduled for May, both sides have signaled a clear ambition: to deepen political ties, strengthen democratic resilience, and shape a shared future in an increasingly complex region. Against this backdrop, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung South Caucasus and the Caucasus Institute are hosting a public panel discussion in Yerevan, bringing together leading voices from Europe and Armenia. Two Vice-Chairs of the EPP Group in the European Parliament will join the Chair of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly of Armenia to explore the evolving Armenia–EU relationship from a broad political and narrative perspective.The speakers are:
Mr. François-Xavier Bellamy, Member of the European Parliament, Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats), Vice-Chair
Mr. Andrzej Halicki, Member of the European Parliament, Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats), Vice-Chair
Mr. Sargis Khandanyan, Standing Committee on Foreign Relations (Committee Chair), NA
The discussion will be moderated by visiting fellow at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Sergey Minasyan, Deputy Director of the Caucasus Institute.
The working languages of the event are English and Armenian, with simultaneous interpretation.

Սիրով հրավիրում ենք Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր հիմնադրամի և Կովկասի ինստիտուտի քննարկմանը, որտեղ կփորձենք վերլուծել Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների նոր փուլը։ Վերջերս մեկնարկած ԵՄ-Հայաստան ռազմավարական գործընկերությունն ու մայիսին նախատեսված բարձր մակարդակի համատեղ գագաթնաժողովը մատնանշում են երկու կողմերի հստակ մտադրությունը՝ խորացնելու քաղաքական հարաբերությունները, ամրապնդելու ժողովրդավարական դիմակայունությունը և ձևավորելու ընդհանուր ապագա բարդ տարածաշրջանում։
Բանախոսներն են՝ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության խմբի փոխնախագահներ Ֆրանսուա-Խավիեր Բելամին ու Անդրժեյ Հալիցկին և ՀՀ ԱԺ Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սարգիս Խանդանյանը։
Քննարկումը կվարի Կովկասի ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն, հրավիրված հետազոտող Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր հիմնադրամում Սերգեյ Մինասյանը։
