Ready to elevate your practice and approach arm balances and inversions with more confidence and control? This 2-hour specialty workshop is designed for yogis who want to build strength, awareness, and ease while exploring being upside down in a safe and supportive environment.
Sasha will guide you through intelligent warm-ups, targeted drills, and progressive techniques to help you better understand the mechanics behind arm balances and inversions. Emphasis will be placed on proper alignment, safe entry and exit strategies, and cultivating the balance between strength and stability.
This workshop will focus on:
- Alignment fundamentals for arm balances & inversions
- Safe entry and exit strategies
- Core & pelvic floor activation
- Understanding strength vs. balance
- Wall-supported drills and progressions
- Exploration of Crow, Headstand variations, Forearm Stand, and Handstand
This workshop is ideal for students who are curious about inversions, working toward them, or looking to refine their technique. Modifications and wall support will be offered to meet you where you are.
