For over a decade, ARISE Ministry has provided trauma-informed outreach, case management, art therapy, and practical support to women seeking safety, dignity, and renewed stability. Your ticket directly sustains this work.
Keynote Address: Mayor Dan Carter
Mayor Dan Carter will share reflections on resilience, leadership, and the role community plays in creating second chances.
Featured Speaker: Angel Power
Angel Power, author of The Darkness & The Light, will speak on the survivor experience, offering insight into exploitation, healing, and restoration.
