ARHCO Apprenticeship Summit

Hosted by South Central Ohio Workforce Partnership (Area 20 Workforce Board) and ASPYR (Area 11 Workforce Board).

Join us in person on May 1 as the Apprenticeship Resource Hub of Central Ohio proudly celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2026 with an engaging and informative event on apprenticeship.

Our main event begins at 1pm, where attendees will hear brief presentations from some of our current pre-apprenticeship & apprenticeship employers, community & workforce partners, and invited local/state officials.

The event is open to:

• employers
• community partners
• workforce professionals
• educators
• anyone interested in expanding pathways through Registered Apprenticeship.

Following the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to network, explore partnership opportunities, and/or join short technical assistance sessions on launching or expanding apprenticeship programs.

Beginning at 3pm, ARHCO will faciliate a formal training session entitled "Registered Apprenticeship 101" to officially launch our new 5-part Registered Apprenticeship Workshop Series.

Registered Apprenticeship 101 is a foundational session designed to prepare interested businesses for future in-depth sessions & help you understand:

• What Registered Apprenticeship is (and isn’t)
• The business case for apprenticeship
• How apprenticeship supports workforce recruitment and retention
• Next steps in launching a Registered Apprenticeship Program

**When registering for the Summit, please indicate on your ticket whether you plan on attending the main event AND workshop, or just the main event.
