Inside AREA15: A Commercial Development Site Tour
Join AREAA LV for an exclusive look at the exciting AREA15 development! This is your chance to explore the site, see the progress up close, and get the inside scoop on one of the coolest commercial projects around. Don’t miss out on this unique tour where you can connect, learn, and experience the future of this space firsthand.
We will meet at The Yard, which is located directly outside the main warehouse building and serves as AREA15’s primary outdoor gathering space.
Tour Format
The tour will be hosted outdoors, as it is quieter than inside the building. Brian will begin with a brief introduction covering the history, development, leasing activity, and overall vision of AREA15.
He will then walk the group through:
• Campus 1 (existing site)
• Campus 2 (newer site, recently built)
• Future development plans
The tour is expected to take approximately one hour. Since there will be walking involved, we should advise attendees to wear comfortable shoes.
Following the tour, we will offer optional informal networking at Oddwood Bar for those who wish to stay.
