About this Event
Sigma Collaborator Yu Shi is known for his architectural compositions, reflective surfaces, and immersive interior studies. His work explores how light, space, and structure intersect—transforming everyday environments into layered visual stories.
For this guided photo walk, Yu invites participants to explore New York City through his creative lens, focusing on architecture, reflections, and spatial detail. Shooting primarily with wide-angle focal lengths—including Sigma’s 14–24mm f/2.8 Art ultra-wide zoom and 24–70mm f/2.8 Art II standard zoom —Yu will share his approach to framing, perspective, and finding unexpected moments within urban landscapes. Participants will have the opportunity to shoot alongside Yu using one of these lenses, receiving in-the-moment creative guidance and technical insight as the group moves through the route.
