About this Event
Enjoy a fun, recreational archery class with our instructor Ben. Open to all, you don't need any equipment, prior experience or skill to join. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Archery is the sport, practice, or skill of using a bow to shoot arrows. Drawing a bow takes energy, burns calories and tones and strengthens muscles in your arms and back. Archery is not only a sport but also a powerful tool for promoting mental wellbeing. Benefits include greater patience, improved self-confidence and improved cognitive abilities.
This event is only open to London Metropolitan University students and staff.
