IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT VENDING *DO NOT use a payment link for the show if it does not come from this email address- [email protected]!!!!! There are scammers out there!
Each gym space is 10x10(If you need more than one space, each additional space will be $15)
Each hallway space is 12 feet (hallway spaces lead to the two gyms filled with vendors making sure everyone gets seen- there is no "main room" everything gets equal traction!!!!!!)
ALL Spaces and/or outside Food Trucks are $50
All spaces will be indoor (with the exception of FOOD TRUCKS/CARTS- you can be outside upon request)
Parking is available on a first come-first serve basis. There is construction in our lot this year which eliminated a large part of parking.
Set up starts at 7:00 AM Sat.
Take down needs to be completed no later than 4:00PM Saturday- you are not to pack up or leave before the end of the show.
Electricity is not provided/guaranteed, WIFI available
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, and other set up equipment
Vendors from the same company will be limited to one and on a first come first serve basis-previous vendors will take immediate priority if application is received by 1/19. Then alumni and parents of current students will be considered as second priority.
Payment and Application information: Once your application is approved, you will receive a link in order to process your payment and hold your spot. *DO NOT send payment information to friends or family interested in vending- they must apply.
*LOCATION REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED BUT NOT GUARANTEED- all previous vendors will maintain their location from prior years.
