All Levels Yoga Class: Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our instructor, Natalie Cange, will guide you through a revitalizing session tailored to accommodate all levels. You can expectt 45 minutes of vinyasa-style movement, paired with 15 minutes of deeper relaxation with a focus on restorative shapes and meditation.
Although new to Chattanooga, Natalie is not a stranger to the practice of yoga. With 12 years experience in the studio, and more than 5 years of experience instructing others, she received her 200 HR RYT instructor certification in Boulder, CO. With a deep passion for movement, community, and crafting playlists, Natalie’s number one goal as an instructor is to create a free-spirited and fun experience on the mat. Her classes are lively, heartfelt, and approachable. With an emphasis on cues and modifications, Natalie empowers each yogi to take their flow to the level where they can thrive and meet the day authentically.
