Volunteer to plant trees in celebration of Arbor Day! Before planting begins, our City Forester will demonstrate proper tree planting, mulching, and watering techniques to help ensure each tree thrives.FREE tree growing kits will be available to take home, courtesy of Dakota Electric Association.
