Join us for an Arbor Day Celebration on Saturday, April 4, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., at the Morrisville Dog Park.🐻 The event will feature local experts discussing topics like choosing the 'Right Tree, Right Place', identifying and removing invasive species, pruning and planting demonstrations, a forestry touch-a-truck AND a celebrity guest—Smokey Bear. The first 45 attendees will take home a free native sapling.

👉 This survey is part of the NC Forest Service–funded Canopy Implementation Plan and Planting (CIPP) project. The project will create a 5‑year plan to identify the best places to plant trees where they can make the biggest environmental impact.
