Join us in celebrating Arabic Heritage Month with this hands-on, immersive workshop that introduces participants to Arabic calligraphy and Islamic floral (vegetal) arts through a visual presentation, live demonstration, and guided art-making. Designed for adults, older children, and teens, this program highlights these as living traditions that influence contemporary Middle Eastern and North African art. Participants will learn historical context, practice foundational strokes and patterns, and create a personal artwork.For ages 8 and up. Registration required.
