Did you know you can start your Puddle Ducks journey before your bundle of joy arrives? Experience the perfect balance of relaxation, laughter and exercise – a wonderful way to unwind and stay healthy during your pregnancy.
Our Aquanatal classes are a fabulous activity for mummies-to-be. They are expertly designed Aquanatal programmes that take a holistic approach to an expectant mums’ physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth.
Classes last for 45 minutes and are part of a 5 week course running until Monday 17th June.
