Welcome back, fellow yogis! After a hiatus due to the pandemic, we're thrilled to announce the return of our weekly Community (free) Yoga Class.If you haven’t taken a yoga class before, this is a relaxing opportunity to learn, as you will be in the company of other beginners and in the hands of a certified yoga teacher. If you have a regular yoga practice on your own, you are also welcome to join this class to share your practice. In community yoga classes, we get to spend time with people who may not have crossed our paths or even tried yoga otherwise. The time together in these spaces, heart to heart, is a profound experience for both yoga teachers and students.
Each session is a safe and inclusive introduction to yoga, covering everything from how to practice to what to expect. Wear your comfy workout gear (socks optional), and bring your own mat—it's a community class, so we keep it real.😉
No need for elaborate sign-ups or fees—everyone is warmly welcomed!
Just a courteous heads-up: if you are on the road to recovery from an injury, or embracing the beautiful journey of pregnancy, kindly inform the teacher before we begin each session. If you're feeling under the weather or unwell, we kindly request you to prioritize your health and refrain from attending the yoga class.
