Join Cle Social for an evening of rejuvenation as we welcome the energy of spring at Westside Chiropractic & Wellness. We are hosting a special, intimate gathering designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and set intentions for the season ahead.
Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and comfortable experience for all guests.
The Schedule
- 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Yin Yoga with – A gentle, grounding practice to open the body and prepare the mind.
- 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM: Sound Bath by – Immerse yourself in healing frequencies designed to foster deep relaxation and mental clarity.
What’s Included
- Full access to both the Yin Yoga session and the curated Sound Bath experience.
- Refreshment Bar: Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and water throughout the event.

Important Information
- Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we begin at 6:30 PM.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
- Optional: Please bring your own yoga mat, or let us know if you need to borrow one!
