Our neighbors at the Charles Atkins Opportunity Gardens (an income-based senior living community) absolutely love their weekly bingo night. It’s a highlight of their week, and we have a chance to make it even brighter for them. We’re collecting small prizes to hand out to the winners! Since many of the residents can’t drive, having a little something special—like a treat or a household essential—means the world.
Here are some ideas of what to donate:
· Household items: Laundry detergent, dish soap
· Toiletries: Lotion, shampoo, toothpaste
· Snacks: Individually wrapped treats, cookies, or candy
· Little luxuries: Puzzle books, word searches, or small gifts
Every single item, no matter how small, helps make bingo night a celebration. Let’s show them they are loved and remembered by our community!
How to Donate:
1. Bring items to church: We’ll have a collection box at Church of the Redeemer (2100 N MLK, OKC) this Sunday at 9:59 am.
2. Schedule a pickup: If it’s easier, Father Lance is happy to come to you in OKC! Just reply to this post or send him a direct message to arrange a time.
Thank you for helping us spread a little joy, one bingo prize at a time!
