In Yoga, "healthy" means balance. We seek to balance out our body, mind, and spirit because even if you eat mostly healthy, exercise 2-3x a week, but feel anxious most of the time - that's not healthy or balanced.
In this one-hour workshop, we will look at some of the healthy habits that Kim teaches in her women's group, The Inner Circle. We will discuss how incorporating some of these habits affects our overall physical and mental health. We discuss what self-care is and isn't. There will be some takeaways for you to practice in your life immediately.
