Ages 8–12 | April VacationStep into the pages of a storybook! Storybook Stage is a creative, playful theater camp where children bring stories to life through acting games, imaginative play, and collaborative storytelling.
Throughout the week, campers will explore classic fairytales and myths from around the world, learning how stories are built and how characters come alive on stage. Using theater games, movement, voice work, and improvisation, campers will invent their own original fairytale or myth, complete with heroes, villains, magical elements, and surprising twists.
No prior acting experience is needed—this camp focuses on confidence, creativity, teamwork, and fun. Campers will help write the story, create characters, and rehearse scenes in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
The week concludes with a short performance at pick-up on the final day, where families are invited to enjoy the story the campers created together.
Skills your child will build:
• Confidence speaking and performing in front of others
• Creative thinking and storytelling
• Collaboration and problem-solving
• Body awareness, expression, and imagination
Final Day Performance:
Families are invited to a casual, joyful performance showcasing the campers’ original story. Taught by Jennifer and Kayleigh Moloney
