Join me for another instalment in the unwind series - a relaxing evening session of yoga and sound healing, designed to help you rest and reset.What to expect:
We'll start with a gentle yoga practice designed to stretch and release the body, followed by a soothing sound session to help your mind and body to rest.
Expect calm movement, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation.
Schedule:
6 - 6:45pm Gentle Yoga Flow (suitable for beginners)
6:45 - 7:30pm Sound Bath
7:30 - 8pm Stay for optional herbal teas & snacks
No yoga experience is required for this workshop.
