April Sound’s premier annual fundraising event is held every Fall. Join us Friday September 25th at 5:30PM for a Texas BBQ Dinner & Auction and/or come Saturday September 26th for the April Sound Country Club Charity Classic.
Every opportunity to participate will be for a meaningful cause as we raise money for individuals in need. All funds raised will go to support April Sound Church’s Helping Hands Foundation and April Sound Country Club’s Invited Foundation - with the primary recipient being Helping Hands.

Texas BBQ Dinner

This evening includes:
Texas BBQ Dinner, Musical Entertainment,
Silent Auction, Live Auction, and a 50/50 Raffle.
18 Hole Golf Tournament
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26 | 1PM
This tournament is a four-person scramble with a 1PM shotgun start. The first 40 golfers to register receive a complimentary mulligan and drink ticket as an early-bird special. Cookout on the back patio is included the day of the event.
9 Hole Golf Tournament
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26 | 1PM
9-Hole, 4-person scramble. We’re excited to offer this new way for our golfers to participate and engage in the Charity Classic while enjoying a relaxed and friendly competition. This event provides a great opportunity to connect with fellow golfers and enjoy the game at a comfortable pace. Each golfer is invited to stay after the round for a cookout on the back patio.

• Become a Sponsor – Some sponsor spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Every level of sponsorship makes a difference, and there’s a spot for everyone to play a part.
• Donate – Help multiply the impact of our fundraisers by donating goods, services, or experiences for our silent auction, live auction, or raffle.
• Buy a Ticket – Join us for a Texas BBQ Dinner on September 26 or play in the Golf Tournament on September 27. Or better yet, do both!
• Pray – Human effort can only go so far. We’re asking God to be glorified, His Kingdom to be advanced, and the funds raised to bear eternal fruit—not just impact for today, but for the life to come.
What is Helping Hands?
Helping Hands is a ministry of April Sound Church. For over thirty years, it has been dedicated to helping neighbors in need all across Montgomery County. Through financial and volunteer support, Helping Hands partners with:
