April Sound Bath & Relaxation

Allow the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to cleanse, restore and revitalize your mind, body, and soul.

This immersive experience invites you to release stagnant energy and embrace new beginnings. The harmonic frequencies will promote deep relaxation, emotional balance and a sense of clarity.

What to Bring: A yoga mat,(can be provided upon request) blanket, and pillows for comfort - An open heart and a willingness to relax. Optional: Eye mask.

Please arrive 5-10 mins early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be addimitted.
