Join us on Thursday April 16th as we invite you to to an amazing sound bath meditation at WyOMing Yoga and Wellness studio with Chris Pfaff of Sacred Sounds.Sound healing and sound therapy are powerful modalities that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul.
Listening to sounds in a sound bath enables one to cultivate awareness and access higher states of consciousness through the sound waves and binaural beats created through the sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls.
This is an excellent opportunity to explore the benefits of sound healing in a group setting.
Please wear layers ofcomfy clothing and be sure to bring your own mat, blankets and pillows as you will be resting on your back for the entire session. You will want to make yourself as cozy as possible.
