Somatic touch is a gentle, supportive form of physical contact that helps bring awareness back into the body. It encourages the nervous system to soften, offering feelings of safety, grounding, and connection. When combined with sound, it enhances relaxation and supports a deeper sense of wholeness.What to Bring & How to Prepare
Bring a pillow and/or blanket for comfort, dress in cozy clothing, and allow yourself to fully relax. You are also welcome to bring an eye mask to allow for total immersion of sound and grounding.You’ll be invited to rest comfortably as you are guided through an immersive journey of sound and touch.Take this time for yourself to slow down, restore, and reconnect.
