34 Park is celebrating the arrival of spring with a curated five-course menu and expertly paired rosés from around the world during the April Showers Bring Rosé Flowers dinner on April 9th.
The evening begins with Crispy Artichokes a delightful combination of whipped black pepper ricotta preserved lemon sauce wildflower honey and Parmigiano Reggiano paired with Ferrari Trento Brut Rosé TRENTODOC. The second course features Chilean Seabass served with asparagus sorrel sauce and oyster mushroom tartufa paired with Côté Mas Rosé Aurore Pays d'OC IGP 2023. To cleanse the palate the Intermezzo course features roasted plum granita rhubarb vincotto and mint. For the main course indulge in Lamb Braciole complemented by prosciutto parsnip mint and pea greens in a red wine reduction paired with Paired with Planeta Rosé Sicilia DOC 2023. To end the evening on a sweet note savor the Limoncello Profiteroles served with whipped mascarpone white chocolate and macerated berries paired with Saracina Vineyards Rosé 2023.
