✨ Sacred Integration Circle – Spring Gathering ✨Thank you to everyone who has joined, shared interest, and helped shape this space over the past two circles. The energy, depth, and sincerity that have moved through these gatherings has been incredibly meaningful, and I’m grateful to invite you into the next Sacred Integration Circle, our quarterly gathering for healing, reconnection, and soul-level integration.
🌷 When: Saturday, April 25, 2026 | 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
🧘♀️ Where: Sterling Yoga & Wellness Center (Scott Township, Pittsburgh)

This spring gathering offers space to soften, release what has been carried through the winter months, and reconnect with the body, heart, and inner guidance as we move into a new season. Spring is a powerful time for renewal, integration, and gentle realignment.
Each Sacred Integration Circle includes:
• Gentle Kundalini-inspired movement or somatic practices
• Guided meditation or group hypnosis
• Journaling with optional sharing
• Nervous system support and spiritual nourishment
🕊️ Whether you are new to this work or continuing to deepen your healing journey, you are warmly invited. You do not need to have attended a previous circle. Each gathering stands fully on its own while following the same overall arc of embodiment and integration.
🌿 Space is limited to approximately 25 participants to ensure comfort and adequate room for movement and rest.

– A folder and pen (provided if this is your first circle. If you’ve attended before, please bring yours back) 🖊️
– Mats and props are available, though you’re welcome to bring your own cushion, mat, or blanket 🌸
– There will be a meditative portion lying down, so feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy
– A water bottle 💧
