This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.🥰🧘🏼♀️😌
It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

April we will be doing some branch weaving as a sensory activity, making some spinner discs for the fidgets and ending by using the Y shaped woven things we have made as fans for a bit of fan dancing Tai chi 💜🧘🏼♀️💜
